When making purchases at Miloo Home, the Customer can use convenient payment methods: PayU, traditional transfer and payment on delivery (cash on delivery at the courier or in the Miloo Home showroom). Each form is completely safe.
PayU offers several types of payments: PayU installments, quick transfers (pay by link), payment by debit or credit card, Blik payment, digital wallets: Visa Checkout and Masterpass. PayU offers Fast transfers, the so-called pay by link. After selecting Miloo Home furniture and accessories and the delivery method, the Customer will be redirected via the PayU website to his bank's website, where he must log in. The website automatically completes the transfer data. Just complete the transfer and wait for the parcel to be delivered. Importantly, payments are recorded on an ongoing basis, so the order processing time is counted from the moment of payment, and purchases can be made at any time of the day or night. If you use the services of the PayU operator, the appropriate amount will be debited from your account immediately after making the payment on the website.

Payments can also be made via debit or credit card. The PayU system supports the most popular cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. The execution of a confirmed order will begin after the transaction is approved by PayU, which takes place immediately after payment.
PayU installments is an installment system administered by PayU. The system allows you to purchase goods up to PLN 20,000 ordered with courier delivery. Just select this payment method, complete the application, wait for verification by the lender and enjoy the delivered products! The lender guarantees a 100% online application and a real-time loan decision. It also ensures data security in line with industry standards. The transmitted information is encrypted, is not saved anywhere or made available to third parties. Frequently asked questions about PayU installments (consumer credit):
• When are PayU Installments available? PayU installments are available in selected e-shops if your purchases, including shipping costs, range from PLN 300 to PLN 20,000.

• Who grants consumer credit for purchases? Banks or lending institutions that cooperate with PayU on the basis of separate agreements, in particular in the scope of granting credit to Customers in order to enable Payments to be made using the credit option (PayU Installments) and deferred payments (PayU Pay Later).
• What is the cost of the loan? The agreement for a Standard Loan or a 0% Loan under the PayU Installment is concluded between the borrower and the Financing Organization with which PayU S.A. cooperates and mediates in concluding the above-mentioned. contracts.
• What is the return procedure in the case of an installment purchase? Pursuant to Art. 27. of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.
• In order to withdraw from such a concluded contract, the consumer sends a declaration of resignation from the purchase (withdrawal from the sales contract) to the store and returns the goods.
• After meeting the formal requirements and accepting the return of the goods, the store uses the PayU System to return to PayU (partial or full) the funds from the loan with which the Buyer financed the purchase.
• PayU then transfers the funds from the refund directly to the lender with whom the Buyer concluded a loan agreement.
• PayU will each time inform the Buyer (e-mail) about the recorded refund, providing details of the refund and the installment payment to which the refund concerned.
• In order to ensure proper processing of the loan agreement after the return of funds, including submitting an instruction to withdraw or make early repayment, the Buyer should always contact the lender directly. Exceptions Pursuant to Art. 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely in relation to the contracts specified in this article, including, among others, the Buyer concluding a contract for the purchase of tickets for entertainment events, sports or cultural events off-premises or remotely.
• What happens if I don't get a loan? Your purchase will not be completed if the lender does not grant you a loan or if, after receiving a positive credit decision, you do not take the next steps of verifying your identity and approving the terms of the loan agreement using the received SMS code. To complete your purchase, you can return to the store and select a different payment method.

Payment by traditional transfer
Choosing to pay by traditional transfer slightly increases the transfer processing time. After selecting this form of payment, you will receive the data necessary to make the transfer on your bank's website: name, account number, suggested transfer title (order number and name and surname). However, please remember that this type of transfers are most often posted on the next business day and the order processing time will be counted from the next day. If you use a traditional transfer, the appropriate amount will be charged when the bank transfers. We wait for the transfer within 7 business days, after which the order is canceled.

Cash on delivery is a solution for people who do not use or do not like to use online payment methods. It enables payment to the courier upon delivery of the goods to the indicated address (cash payment) or payment in the showroom when picking up the goods (all forms of payment offered by the showroom: cash, debit/credit card, gift card). The cash on delivery service costs PLN 20.
Wondering how much delivery costs at Miloo Home? Below you will find all information about delivery methods and shipping prices for the products you want to purchase. Transports are carried out on working days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery is made via the best courier companies and trusted forwarding companies. In the case of couriers, on the day of sending the shipment, the Customer receives an e-mail with the consignment number of the shipment, based on which he or she can check its status on the courier company's website. In the case of transports carried out by local forwarding companies, the seller contacts the customer by phone or e-mail to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Decorations, textiles, home and garden accessories, small furniture that are packed in cardboard boxes and their weight is a maximum of 31 kg. Each shipment is inspected by us and additionally secured with bubble wrap, stiff cardboard and stretch fabric. Such shipments are made only by courier companies.
ATTENTION! The courier is not obliged to bring furniture to the apartment (block of flats, tenement houses) if its size exceeds 30 kg. This type of parcels are delivered by the courier only in front of the premises or only behind the staircase door. The courier is not obliged to carry the parcel or assist in carrying it

Furniture such as chairs, armchairs, pouffes, tables, cabinets and very delicate decorations - smaller mirrors, graphics on glass, clocks, lamps and garden swings. Everything is delivered on a pallet (tach), appropriately secured with additional auxiliary materials. Pallet shipments are carried out by courier companies. The delivery company is obliged to deliver the pallet shipment to the first architectural barrier, e.g. a fence/gate, or only to the staircase door (in the case of multi-family premises). You should prepare appropriately to receive such a shipment and remember that the furniture will require bringing in, unpacking, assembling and setting up, and disposing of the pallet and packaging yourself.

Spatial, multi-element furniture, such as sofas, corner sofas, chests of drawers, showcases, wardrobes, garden furniture sets, where transport on a standard pallet is not possible or the customer requires an extended service. On the day of delivery, the driver contacts the customer to confirm the delivery. The day before delivery, the seller informs about the time range in which the driver will arrive. In the case of several products, the price applies to the entire delivery. Large-size shipments are carried out by trusted forwarding companies or courier companies (dedicated to transporting non-standard large-size shipments).

Full assembly service - the price of the service is determined individually. In the case of delivery with delivery, please prepare an appropriate amount of space in a given room for the purchased furniture. Please note - the shipping company does not have payment terminals, in case of payment on delivery, please prepare an appropriate amount of cash.
Order processing time at MILOO HOME:
At Miloo Home, we process most orders immediately, within a few days of receiving payment. The maximum order processing time is 21 days, and in the case of custom-made furniture, the processing time may be extended to 70 days. When choosing payment on delivery, the order processing time is counted from the day on which the Customer receives from us confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing. If you choose payment in advance, the indicated order processing time is counted from the day MILOO-HOME receives confirmation of payment by the Customer. Parcels are sent from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Free delivery within the country for orders over PLN 399 for cardboard shipments (does not apply to pallet and large-size shipments, does not apply to assembly and delivery services).
